Robert Phillips is
the principal of Phillips Taglieri. He gained a Bachelor of Laws
with first class honours from the University of Tasmania in 1974 and
was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court in 1976.
He specialises in
personal injury and other tort litigation and appears regularly as
counsel in The Supreme Court.
Robert is married to
Peta and they have two adult children. He enjoys fly fishing for trout
in the highlands of Tasmania.

Fiona McIntyre has a
Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours in Law
from the University of Tasmania. She was admitted as a practitioner of
the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2004
Fiona handles a range
of legal matters including civil litigation, family and criminal law.
Her particular interest is in personal injury litigation and workers
compensation matters.
Fiona enjoys spending
time with her family and friends, boating and waterskiing and watching
classic movies.

Renato Grassi
obtained his Law Degree at Sydney University in 1973. He is a former
resident of St John’s College at the University and was also a graduate
of the inaugural College of Law in New South Wales. He practiced law in
New South Wales for 11 years before moving to Tasmania in 1985.
Renato specialises in
conveyancing and property law, commercial law, will and estate
planning. He believes that regular communication with all his clients
is the best way to provide an efficient, personal and professional
service.
Renato plays social
tennis and walks regularly, and is an avid sports fan, particularly of
cricket.

Greg Dolliver has a
Bachelor of Information Systems and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in
Law from the University of Tasmania.
Greg was admitted as
a practitioner of the Supreme Court in 2005. Greg has experience in a
broad range of Civil Litigation, including personal injury claims,
worker's compensation, debt recovery and contractual disputes together
with representing clients on a range of criminal matters.
Greg enjoys spending
his spare time with his wife and twin boys, and remains active in
basketball as a player and committee member.

Jacqui Luck has a
Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of
Tasmania, majoring in Human Resource Management.
Jacqui was admitted
as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2009.
Jacqui handles a range of legal matters including Family Law, Medical
Negligence and Worker's Compensation.
Jacqui spent a year
as an exchange student in France before undertaking her university
studies and as a result is an avid Francophile who loves food, wine
& travel.
She also enjoys shopping, reading and spending time with family,
friends and her cat.
